Customer/User should read the Terms agreement (and Disclaimer) carefully before viewing this website or purchasing from She Loves Her Coffee. By viewing or using this site, the Customer/User agrees to be bound by this agreement.
All information, services and letter subscriptions are provided "as is" without any kind of warranty. In no way shall She Loves Her Coffee be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that may arise from the use of this site or any of the services and/or information obtained through this site or through any/all third-party links/websites. Any issues and/or complaints with a product ordered through a third-party must be directed to that third-party.
Customer/User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless She Loves Her Coffee from any kind of liability, loss, claim and expense, which includes attorney fees related to your violation of this agreement.
Customer/User agrees to provide us with true and accurate identification and up-to-date and complete address information. You agree not to impersonate/use the identity of anyone else.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, copycats (customers and/or businesses that are purchasing for the sole purpose of copying our ideas, content, website and product/letter designs, business style, and/or the text in our letters or on our website), resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Your private/personal information is secure with us and will remain confidential. It will NEVER be sold or shared.
Customer/User agrees that he/she is over the age of 18.
Customer/User understands that She Loves Her Coffee reserves the right to change, update or modify our TOS and other website and/or product content, including subscriptions and any services, at any time without prior notice.
She Loves Her Coffee reserves the right to reverse a payment if, by any means, a transaction contains shipping information that is deemed inaccurate, incorrect, suspicious, or for any other reason deemed necessary, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel any order or payment for any reason whatsoever and/or restrict any order by anyone at any time for any reason, at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Customer/User acknowledges and understands that She Loves Her Coffee does not accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds. All sales are final. Boxes can not be returned and money cannot be refunded after purchase, either in part or in whole, at any time.
All information, services, merchandise and boxes are provided "as is" without any kind of warranty.
Customer/User acknowledges and understands that She Loves Her Coffee does not provide free trials for any boxes or merchandise.
Customer/User acknowledges and agrees that they are purchasing letter subscriptions "as is". She Loves Her Coffee does not accept requests for personalization or extras to be provided. We do not guarantee that any products and/or services offered through She Loves Her Coffee will satisfy and/or meet expectations. There are no guarantees on product and/or service quality, colours, sizes, textures, designs, materials, image clarity, or quantities. We do not guarantee that products will always look exactly as they appear in photos.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in our shop. We cannot guarantee that your computers monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right to modify, change or update product and/or service appearance, content, descriptions, text, graphics, images and/or pricing, at our sole discretion, at any time without prior notice.
Customer/User acknowledges, understands and agrees that She Loves Her Coffee reserves the right to delay, postpone, cancel, discontinue, suspend any product and/or any service at any time and for any reason, without prior notice, and She Loves Her Coffee shall not be held liable whatsoever for any harm and/or losses that any of these may incur.
Customer/User acknowledges and understands that each box may contain the same or different products depending on availability. There is no guarantee that all boxes will contain exactly the same amount of products.
Customer/User acknowledges and understands that upon purchasing more than one box (multiple boxes), there is no guarantee that the boxes will arrive in the mail on the same date. Boxes tend to get separated at the postal facilities and/or get processed at different times and therefore may occasionally arrive at their destination(s) on separate dates.
Customer/User acknowledges and understands that boxes are sent out on designated mailing dates (unless otherwise stated) but actual delivery dates (to their destination) are beyond our control and may vary from month to month.
She Loves Her Coffee sends all boxes through Canada Post. We take great care in how we handle our products and we take great pride in our quick and timely shipping practices. However, when boxes leave our facility and are in the hands of the postal service, we are no longer responsible for the boxes and/or the condition in which they arrive to the recipient and/or the length of time in which they arrive to the recipient. This is beyond our control. Customer/User acknowledges that boxes may accidentally become dented, wet, stained, worn or missing during the shipping process. Customer/User acknowledges that this is beyond our control.
She Loves Her Coffee reserves the right to delay any events or mailing date(s) of boxes due to inclement weather or for any other reason deemed necessary.
She Loves Her Coffee reserves the right to delay the mailing date(s) of boxes due to a shortage in supplies and/or while waiting for supplies and products to arrive. In this case, the events and mailing date(s) will be postponed until a later date. The new date(s) will be announced.
Customer/User acknowledges and agrees that She Loves Her Coffee is not responsible and shall not be held liable for any comments (by you or anyone else), copyright or intellectual property infringements, inaccurate information, or inappropriate behaviour (by you or anyone else) on our website or on our social media and other third-party websites.
Customer/User acknowledges and understands that all content on the She Loves Her Coffee website, including logo, text, images, original artwork and illustrations, ideas and all material on our website is protected by Canadian and International trademark and copyright laws.
A personal note from the owners of She Loves Her Coffee: Do NOT steal logos, images, text, original artwork and illustrations or any material, in part or in whole, from this website or from our letters. Infringers will be caught! We take great measures to protect our original content.
Any/all copyright infringements are considered a crime and are punishable by law.
Customer/User acknowledges, understands and agrees that no part of the She Loves Her Coffee website, including text, logo and illustrations, may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, sold or shared in any way or by any means, including printing, photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of She Loves Her Coffee, except in the case if brief quotations, from this website, embodied in reviews, articles and certain other noncommercial uses permitted by She Loves Her Coffee and copyright law. She Loves Her Coffee takes no responsibility for any of the content/products/materials used in the manufacturing of any of the packaging, labels, papers, inks, products or boxes used for our sale events. All supplies/products are purchased from a third-party manufacturer and She Loves Her Coffee shall not be held liable for any damages, directly or indirectly, any allergies to materials/products or any mishaps, losses or harm from the usage or handling of these commonly-used materials/products.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer for however they decide to use, handle and store any products/services obtained through She Loves Her Coffee.
She Loves Her Coffee shall not be held responsible or liable in the event of any allergic reactions, skin reactions, illness, sickness, health issues, damages (either internal or external, either bodily or to property) due to the usage and/or misuse of any/all products. Customer is responsible for however they choose to use products. Customer must always read product labels/instructions/directions/ingredients carefully prior to the usage of any/all products. For any concerns or questions regarding the products provided in the boxes, please direct any/all inquiries to the actual manufacturer(s) of each product.
Warning: please keep the box and any/all products out of the reach of children! These boxes are intended for customers over the age of 18.
We always do our best to make sure that your boxes arrive on time, safely and in great condition but sometimes things happen, during shipping, which are beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, wear and tear from rough handling in postal facilities and dampness due to inclement weather during the shipping process.
On occasion, a box may go missing in the mailing system. This, too, is beyond our control and we recommend allowing sufficient time for box delivery.
All products/services/boxes are provided "as is" for entertainment purposes only.
All information available on our website and social media sites and/or in emails and newsletters are general facts and details subject to modification and change at any time.
