What's inside the She Loves Her Coffee box?
The products inside the box are always coffee-inspired with a unique theme for each event. The boxes are carefully and lovingly curated by us with products that we, ourselves, love! The products inside the boxes are intended to enhance your coffee time experience and help you savour the moment while enjoying your coffee break.
Do you include real coffee in your box?
No. For health and safety reasons, we do not ship coffee in our boxes.
Is shipping included in the price?
Yes, absolutely!
How much does the box cost?
The price varies from one event to the next and will always be announced prior to sale day and displayed on the Buy The Box page for the event. Stay tuned!
(Psst...as of right now, the American dollar is worth more than the Canadian dollar. So, that means that all of you American coffee-lovers will be able to save a bit of your hard-earned change. Woot!
Which countries do you mail to?
We currently mail to Canada and mainland USA only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
After purchasing the She Loves Her Coffee Box, how long does it take for it to be mailed?
After the payment has cleared, the box will be sent out on the next scheduled mailing day, which is usually within 5-7 days.
When are the events held and when are the mailing dates for each event?

How long does it take for boxes to arrive by mail?
All boxes are sent through Canada Post. For Canada, please allow 8-12 business days (or more) for boxes to arrive by mail. For USA, please allow 12-16 business days (or more) for boxes to arrive by mail.
There is no guarantee that the boxes will arrive within these given time frames, as mailing times may vary. This is simply an idea of how long it usually takes for parcels to arrive by mail. Sometimes it may be less days, sometimes it may be more days.
On rare occasions, there may be a slight delay in the mailing date(s) of boxes due to inclement weather or perhaps a shortage in supplies and/or while we are waiting for necessary supplies/products to arrive. In this case, the event itself and/or the mailing date(s) will be postponed and rescheduled for a later date. The new date will be announced. Please rest assured that mailing out boxes in a timely manner is our top priority and we will do our utmost to keep with schedule.
Why is my box late and/or not arriving within the same amount of days as last time?
Boxes are sent out on designated mailing dates (unless otherwise stated) but actual delivery dates (to their destination) are beyond our control and may vary from month to month.
I ordered two boxes. Will they arrive in the mail at the same time?
Upon purchasing multiple boxes, there is no guarantee that the boxes will arrive in the mail on the same date. Parcels tend to get separated at the postal facilities and/or get processed at different times and therefore may occasionally arrive at their destination(s) on separate dates.
What kind of boxes and packaging do you use?
Products will arrive in a safe and secure, top-quality, white-exterior shipping box (packed with lots of TLC).
We strive to keep our boxes as cost-efficient and eco-friendly as possible – with a touch of prettiness sprinkled in. By only using materials that are absolutely necessary, we are doing our part to create less waste for the landfills and pollution for the environment. We encourage you to help us by re-using or recycling all shipping materials after opening. Thank you.
We take great care in how we handle our boxes and we take great pride in our quick and timely mailing practices. However, when boxes leave our facility and are in the hands of the postal service, we are no longer responsible for the boxes and/or the condition in which they arrive to the recipient and/or the length of time in which they arrive to the recipient. This is all beyond our control.
Please note: Boxes may accidentally become dented, wet, stained or worn during the mailing process.
Does each box contain the exact same products?
We strive to distribute the products evenly among the boxes and to make every box exactly the same, however, there may occasionally be slight differences in the products (colours, designs. etc.).
Does each box contain the same amount of products?
We strive to fill each She Loves Her Coffee box with the same amount of products, however, there may occasionally be a situation where the boxes will contain a different amount of products depending on availability. There is no guarantee that all boxes will contain exactly the same amount of products, although that is our goal.
Are your boxes family-friendly?
Yes. Our boxes are family-friendly. Always wholesome. Always clean. No vulgarities or improper language on products. Just good, coffeelicious fun!
However, boxes should be kept out of the reach of children. They are geared toward coffee-drinking adults over the age of 18.
How is this box different from a subscription box?
The boxes at She Loves Her Coffee are sold during an exciting READY. SET. GO. EVENT which means that you've got to act fast when they go on sale. They are only available on a first come, first serve basis, so when they're gone, they're gone!
Do you accept returns or provide refunds?
No, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. Boxes can not be returned and money cannot be refunded after purchasing, either in part or in whole, at any time.
Do you provide free boxes for reviews?
No, we do not.
